Boat Return: Boats must be returned by 11:00 AM on the last day of your reservation. If you arrive after 7:00 PM, access to the boat will be provided the next day after 10:00 AM.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Before returning the boat, you must refuel it and thoroughly clean it. If the boat is returned dirty, a cleaning fee may be charged.
Safety Equipment: Each boat is equipped with life vests. We recommend bringing suitable footwear for water and sun protection.
Navigation and Electronics: Boats are equipped with sonar, GPS, and maps of the area for safe navigation.
Weather and Safety: Always check the weather forecast before setting off. In case of adverse conditions, we recommend staying on land.
Boat License Requirement:
To operate a boat in Norway, you must hold a valid small vessel operator’s license (båtførerbevis) if you were born on or after January 1, 1980. Individuals born before this date are not required to have a license. Please ensure you meet the legal requirements before reserving a boat.

1️⃣ Loading Your Gear – Bring your rods, tackle box, bait, and any essentials to marina pier. Make sure everything is securely stored to avoid losing gear overboard.
2️⃣ Safety First! – Always wear a life jacket, let someone onshore know where you’re going and when you plan to return, and check the weather forecast before heading out.
3️⃣ Communication is Key – Carry a fully charged mobile phone with coverage or, for offshore fishing, a VHF radio in case of emergencies.
4️⃣ Check Your Equipment – Ensure your engine, fuel supply, and navigation tools (GPS, compass) are in working order before leaving the dock.
5️⃣ Emergency Supplies – Have a first-aid kit, extra drinking water, sun protection (hat, sunscreen), and a flashlight on board.
